For this week, I would like you to reflect on 'kindness'. Kindness means that that be nice to a person who really needs help . Its important for people to be kind , as usual if you are kind and do nice stuff to other people people will help you back. People can show their kindness by volunteering to help children and senior citizens .An act of kindness that i have done is when i was walking back home , i saw my grandmother carrying lots of stuff ( vegetable , fish , meat and etc ) , i ran our and help my grandmother to bring back the stuff to her house . I feel great after doing that act of kindness , when you help someone you may feel great but sometimes you may felt that you had be forced to do that kindness . Other act that i would like to do at home is i really wanna help my mum do chores at home . I can explain what is the meaning of the word KINDNESS and why must they do it .
